Admission Procedure

Steps to Father/Mother   Father/Mother seeking enrollment for their children to the Lower First 2020 batch are needed to fill the document online.    Please Take Note Of The Following Points:    · Children are to be registered only after completion of one year of age.  Please note that Father/Mother need to register within 10 days of the student completing a year.   · Only the father/mother of the student seeking enrollment are permitted to complete the registration formalities.    · Registration Timings - 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. (Mon - Fri)    · Venue – The Cathedral & John Connon School, 6, Purshottamdas Thakurdas Marg, Mumbai - 400001.    After completing the online form, father/mother are requested to visit the Institution at the above address not later than 5 working days after entering in the form.

Higher Class Procedure

Admissions to any other standard – (II - IX):    Applications for Std. II to IX are accepted at the security desk from 1st September to 15th December. Applications are to be addressed to the Principal. Kindly mention the class you are interested in and your contact numbers and email address very clearly. A copy each of the birth certificate and the latest progress report of the child is to be attached with the application.    • Incomplete applications will be disqualified. • The Last date for submission is 15th December. Late applications will not be entertained. • Please mention your email address and contact numbers clearly. In case a vacancy occurs, the school office will contact you.

Admission Documents

Father/Mother are requested to carry the following docs with them to the School to complete the registration formalities.   The Following Docs. Are Needed:    · The original Certificate of Birth and a copy of the same.    · A local cheque of Rs. 2000/- favouring "The Anglo Scottish Education Society".    · If the father/mother/father/mother are ex-children, kindly deposit a copy of the school leaving certificate.    · Christians must deposit a copy of the child's baptism certificate.    · Foreign Nationals need to deposit documentary evidence.   · 1 (recent) stamp size photo each of the child and father/mother. Please ensure that the photos are  affixed on the space provided in the form.   Please take a copy of the duly completed Registration form printed on both sides of a Legal-size paper only. Registration forms printed on any other size paper will not be accepted.   Please also take a copy of the Acknowledgement and carry the same with you.
