An honest boy is on his way to school carrying money to pay the school fees. The sight of crisp, syrupy jalebis in the market excites him and the coins in his pocket begin to jingle. He yields to the sweet temptation and buys heaps of jalebis for himself and others. Next day, he faces the real problem of payment of school fees. Remorseful and scared, he prays to God for monetary help. Inevitably, he gets into trouble and learns the difference between the fanciful and the factual.
