Admission Update


School has released the Seats and Points Admission criteria for Nursery class for the Academic year 2018-19


School will start issuing the application forms for Std I to VIII from 24th January to 8th February, 2018 for the academic year 2018-19.


Admission for 2017-18 is closed.


Admission Procedure

Admission Schedule 2018-19 Forms will be issued on 27th December, 2017. Forms need to be submitted by 17th Jan, 2018. Uploading of marks (as per points system) by 8th Feb, 2018. First List of selected applicants on 15th Feb, 2018. Resolution of father/mother questions from 16th Feb to 20th Feb, 2018. Second List of selected applicants on 28th Feb, 2018. Closing of Enrollment procedure on 31st Mar, 2018.

Higher Class Procedure

Please note that we shall not have the data on the number of vacancies in the class you have requested admission to until the commencement of the academic session for 2018-19. However, we are planning to have pre-admission tests as per the following schedule:- February’ 18 (these are subject to change) 10th : For Classes 1, 4, 7 17th : For Classes 2, 5, 8 24th : For Classes 3, 6 There are no vacancies for class 9. The application for admission form will be online on the school website ( It is to be filled online, saved online, printed in physical form and the printout out the application form with necessary documents are to be submitted at the school reception from the 24th January’ 18 to the 8th February’ 18. Since the age eligibility for admission to KG for the academic year 2018-19 is for those born between 01.04.2013 and 31.03.2014, the age criteria for other classes follows. Documents to be attached with the application form are:- Child’s Birth certificate Transfer orders of parent, if applicable Proof of previous year’s attendance and class in previous school. Both parents identity and residential proof For Catholics / Christians Birth / Dedication Certificate of child. Letter from Parish Priest / Pastor stating that family are active members of the Parish faith life. Students will be tested in English and Mathematics. They shall be required to show competency of the class immediately below the one in which they applying to for admission. The Examinations will be at 10am on the respective days. Students and their parents (both) are to be at the school at least 15 minutes before the test. The applicants and their parents are to assemble in front of the Junior School Building, from where they will be given further directions. Each child must carry with him : an examination board; for classes 1 to 5 each child must carry a pencil box, with at least 2 pencils; a set of colour pencils or crayons; applicants for classes 6 and above must carry a compass box (with all implements and with at least 2 pens). Appearing for the test and filling in the application form does not mean that there are any vacancies in the particular class. The Principal’s decision in all admission matters in final. The Principal may consider admission to the classes, students who have not appeared for the above admission tests, but who for pressing circumstances (to be decided by the Principal) could not make it for the tests.
