  1. Except the EWS, staff wards & Management quota seats, for all other categories 50% seats will be given to boys & 50% to girls.
  2. The remaining seats if any, of B,C,D will become open seats.
  3. There will be no interaction with parent/child.
  4. No prospectus will be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs.25/- will be charged.
  5. There will be no weightage for parent's educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
  6. Distribution/ Receipt of forms will start from 2nd January 2017 till 23rd January 2017.
  7. First list of provisionally selected candidates alongwith waiting list will be displayed at 2 pm on 15th February 2017.
  8. Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email (bbpsgr.admission@gmail.com) between 16th February 2017 to 18th February 2017.
  9. Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 28th February 2017.

For Submission please bring :-
Self-Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Child issued by Municipal Authority.
Self-Attested Photocopy of Parent (s) Voters Identity Card / Ration Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt etc.
Recent Coloured Passport size Photograph of the Child, Father & Mother.
Proof to validate Sibling Applications i.e photocopy of latest fee slip/identity card of real brother / sister studying in BBPS, Rohini.
Proof of Old Student of Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini (For Alumni Category). Self-Attested photocopy of Class XII School Leaving Certificate is required.
Affidavit for the first born child.

If school have vacancy means they will issue the application form in the month of Mar.
